Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Sapna Patel LLC ("we," "us," "our"), purchasing any of our services, or enrolling in any program, you ("you," "user," "client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in any offering.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or purchase our services. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services, whether located in the United States or internationally.
Services Offered
Sapna Patel LLC offers the following services and digital products:
- Sai Shakti Energy Healing Sessions — One-on-one remote energy healing sessions conducted by Sapna Patel, a practitioner initiated into the Sri Guru Dattatreya Siddha Lineage.
- Full Moon Group Meditation — One-Time Event ($55) — A single live guided group energy transmission and meditation practice held on the full moon.
- Full Moon Monthly Membership ($39/month) — A recurring monthly subscription providing access to the live Full Moon group meditation, session recordings, and the monthly Mantra Guide PDF.
- 4-Week Beginner Japa Challenge ($27) — A self-paced digital program delivered via Kajabi, consisting of 28 daily lessons including mantra instruction, practice guidance, and written reflection prompts.
- Free Energy Hygiene Protocol PDF — A complimentary digital resource provided in exchange for newsletter signup.
All services are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical services. See Section 3 for the full medical disclaimer.
Not a Medical Service
Important: The energy healing and meditation practices offered by Sapna Patel LLC are complementary spiritual healing practices intended to support personal wellbeing. They are not medical treatments, psychological therapy, or clinical services of any kind. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Participation in any of our services does not replace the care of a licensed physician, mental health professional, or any other licensed healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for continuing to work with your healthcare providers and following their recommendations.
By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand that energy healing and meditation are spiritual practices, not medical treatments.
- You will consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new healing or wellness practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical or mental health condition.
- You will not discontinue prescribed medication or medical treatment as a result of participating in any of our services.
- Any results described or shared by participants are individual experiences and are not guaranteed.
- Participation in anonymous session feedback is entirely voluntary and does not constitute clinical research or medical testimony.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Kajabi's payment infrastructure. Sapna Patel LLC does not store your payment card information.
Full Moon one-time event ($55) and the 4-Week Japa Challenge ($27) are single-payment purchases. You will be charged once at the time of purchase.
The Full Moon Monthly Membership ($39/month) is a recurring subscription billed monthly. By enrolling, you authorize Sapna Patel LLC to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at hello@sapnapatel.com.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes to subscriptions will be communicated by email no less than 14 days before taking effect. Continued enrollment after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees. These fees are your responsibility and are outside our control.
Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of the 4-Week Japa Challenge and the Full Moon one-time event are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the live event has occurred.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@sapnapatel.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are non-refundable. We understand that emergencies occur — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule due to an emergency.
We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. A refund in one circumstance does not obligate us to provide refunds in other circumstances.
Digital Products & Access
Upon purchase of the 4-Week Japa Challenge, you will receive access to a Kajabi course environment. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the course content.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the course remains hosted on our platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire digital content, and will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing access to paid content.
Full Moon session recordings are provided to active monthly members within 24 hours of each live session and remain accessible for the duration of active membership.
User Conduct
By participating in any of our services — including live sessions, group meditations, and online programs — you agree to:
- Treat all participants and staff with respect and dignity.
- Not record, screenshot, or reproduce any live session content without express written permission.
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute any course materials, recordings, or proprietary content.
- Not use our services in any way that could harm other participants or the integrity of the practice.
- Provide accurate information at the time of booking or enrollment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session or revoke access to any program without refund if these conduct standards are violated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, course materials, audio, video, the Mantra Series blog posts, the Energy Hygiene Protocol PDF, and all written teachings — is the intellectual property of Sapna Patel LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No part of any program or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Sapna Patel LLC.
The Siddha lineage teachings, mantra formulas, and healing protocols that inform our work are part of a sacred tradition transmitted through the Sri Guru Dattatreya Siddha Lineage. Our presentation of these teachings is original and protected. The underlying tradition is not owned by Sapna Patel LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sapna Patel LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of any energy healing session, meditation practice, or wellness program. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual outcomes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
International Users
Our services are operated from the United States and are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
These Terms do not limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
For Australian users: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email to active subscribers and clients.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
