Sapna Patel LLC offers energy healing and spiritual education for working professionals, grounded in the Sri Vidya Siddha lineage of South India, carried through Sri Kaleshwar via the Divine Mother Center. Through this website, we currently offer only the following:

• ✦Informational Website Content — Articles, pages, and other educational content published on this website for general information about energy healing, meditation, mantra, breath practices, and related spiritual education topics.
• ✦Resonance Webinar — A free webinar on the science and practice behind the energy practices taught by Sapna Patel LLC. At this time, registration is by waitlist signup through this website. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat at any particular session, and webinar dates and details are confirmed by email to those on the waitlist.
• ✦Five Elements Mentorship — An application-based Professional Mentorship Cohort grounded in Vedic lineage and the Siddha Five Elements framework. Admission is by application through this website. Tuition, scheduling, and program terms are discussed privately with applicants after an application is submitted and are not listed, sold, or collected through this website.
• ✦Breath Toolkit — A complimentary interactive resource of breath practices made available through this website. Where an email address is requested to access the Breath Toolkit, providing it is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• ✦Contact and Feedback Forms — Forms on this website that allow you to contact us, ask questions, submit an application, join a waitlist, or provide feedback.

No paid products and no session bookings are offered through this website at this time. One-to-one Sai Shakti energy healing session booking will launch separately, and these Terms will be updated before or when that booking becomes available.

All content and offerings described above are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical services. See Section 3 for the full medical disclaimer.

Participation in any of our services does not replace the care of a licensed physician, mental health professional, or any other licensed healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for continuing to work with your healthcare providers and following their recommendations.

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ✦Participation in anonymous session feedback is entirely voluntary and does not constitute clinical research or medical testimony.

By using this website and participating in any of our offerings, including webinars and the mentorship program, you agree to:

• ✦Not record, screenshot, or reproduce any live session content without express written permission.
• ✦Not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials, recordings, or proprietary content made available to you.

• ✦Provide accurate information when submitting any form, application, or waitlist signup through this website.
• ✦Not submit any form, application, or signup on behalf of another person without that person's permission, and not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session or program, and to decline or discontinue access to any offering, if these conduct standards are violated.

All content on this website — including but not limited to website copy, the Mantra Series, and the Breath Toolkit, together with all associated text, audio, video, and written teachings — is the intellectual property of Sapna Patel LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content made available to you through this website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No part of any content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Sapna Patel LLC.

The Siddha lineage teachings, mantra formulas, and healing protocols that inform our work are part of a sacred tradition transmitted through the Sri Vidya Siddha lineage of South India, carried through Sri Kaleshwar via the Divine Mother Center. Our presentation of these teachings is original and protected. The underlying tradition itself is not owned by Sapna Patel LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sapna Patel LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or offerings.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of any energy healing practice, meditation practice, breath practice, webinar, or mentorship program. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual outcomes.
