Who this study is for

Physicians and healthcare professionals who give their days to the suffering of others and want a lineage practice for carrying that weight — spiritual self-care for the helper, including the tradition's decharging practices for releasing what is absorbed in the work of caring. This study is distinct from medicine and is never a substitute for it.

Founders, investors, and technology leaders who have learned that strategy alone does not determine how they meet uncertainty, responsibility, and change.

Women professionals who are ready to examine how they carry work, care, ambition, and inner life — and want a practice substantial enough to stay with.

You do not need a background in yoga, meditation, or Sanskrit. The program asks for intellectual seriousness, a willingness to practice, and the humility to begin.

What the Five Elements are

Everything is made of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and sky. In the lineage teachings, these are the five pillars of creation — the same elements that compose the body, the breath, the mind, and the world around us. The Five Elements process works with each element through its mantras: spiritual formulas that open a connection to that element's vibration and purify it within the practitioner. This purification is what the tradition calls charging. As each element is charged, the practitioner's channels open — the heart opens, willpower steadies, the mind grows quiet, and meditation deepens. This program studies that process carefully and practices it directly.

EARTH

The element of structure and ground — the vast, magnetic steadiness that supports, contains, and gives form. Working with earth builds embodied steadiness and the courage to meet what is difficult.

WATER

The nurturing, purifying element — what flows, cleanses, and settles. Working with water calms agitation and restores inner balance; in the lineage it is the element most closely associated with the energy of the Divine Mother.

FIRE

The element of light, heat, and transformation — the sun's energy, met most directly through the eyes and through sacred flame. Working with fire opens the heart and teaches energy to be directed rather than scattered.

AIR

The element of breath, movement, and thought — encountered most immediately in practice itself. Working with air refines attention and steadies the mind.

SPACE

The unbounded element — awareness and capacity itself, what holds the other four. Working with space opens the study that follows.

This is a spiritual and educational study rooted in a living lineage. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace care from licensed healthcare providers.

The tradition behind this

This material comes from ancient palm leaf manuscripts of a Siddha tradition of Penukonda, India and is from the pre-vedic time period. It was shared with the world by Sri Kaleshwar and carried into the present through the Divine Mother Center, where I am an initiated teacher. Its teachings approach body, breath, mind, energy, and environment as a related field of study and practice — the five elements as the pillars of creation, worked with through mantra, meditation, and the purification the tradition calls charging. Before this work, I spent nearly twenty years across finance and technology — in corporate development, venture capital, fintech, insurtech, and robotics. I teach this material the way I learned to evaluate anything consequential: carefully, without mystification, and with respect for what can and cannot yet be measured.
